Advice from a hiring professional
What do you look for in a candidate interviewing for a job in the green sector?

The green sector is constantly evolving, what's relevant today may change in a year. To stay valuable to your employer, you should be adaptable, curious, and eager to learn.

Patricia Kamau is a registered HR professional at Raino, who began her career in 2019. Initially working in sales, she transitioned to HR following an interesting interview experience.
She had applied for a Sales Manager role, and went in for the interview, only for the recruiter to see something different in her, an HR professional. That moment changed everything. Inspired, she went back to college and later graduated as a qualified HR professional.
Her motto? Be audacious.
