What’s the best career advice for job-seeking graduates?

Goretti Akombe, a registered HR professional at Soko Fresh, has been shaping her career in human resources since 2019. She studied international relations, public policy, and gender studies at the University of Cape Town but transitioned into HR through a front desk role at Swissport.

Currently pursuing a master’s in human resource management, she specialises in talent acquisition and development. Her passion lies in mentoring young professionals and recent graduates.
