If you’re passionate about mobility, impact, and a greener future, this role might be for you.
As a pipeline conversion analyst, you’ll be responsible for turning prospects into active champions. That means following up with top-of-funnel leads, guiding them through every stage of the recruitment process, and promoting MAX’s services. It’s part sales, part coordination, and all about keeping the engine running smoothly.
What you’ll need to bring
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The ad doesn’t specify a major, so think business, operations, communications or any discipline that makes sense for the job.
At least two years of experience in a similar role. If you've worked in sales support, pipeline management or recruitment coordination, be sure to highlight it.
Strong oral and written communication skills. You must be fluent in the local dialect of the business territory, and any additional language is a definite advantage.
A sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
Confidence with clerical tasks and a head for numbers. This role involves planning, tracking and coordinating, so bring your admin A-game.
Make your values visible
MAX isn’t just about movement; it’s about making transport more sustainable. They’re committed to reducing emissions and building cleaner cities. Show in your CV that you care about environmental impact and share that vision.
Before applying, tailor your application to the role. Highlight keywords like pipeline conversion, lead follow-up, champion recruitment, and service promotion. Keep your CV tight and focused.
