ENGIE is a global energy company committed to affordable, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions. It operates across electricity generation and distribution, natural gas, and renewable energy. In Romania, its subsidiary Distrigaz Sud Rețele is a distributor of natural gas, and they are looking to hire a Junior Works Operational Management Analyst.

As a Junior Works Operational Management Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations while keeping the customer experience at the heart of your work.

What do you need in order to succeed?

  • You must have completed secondary education with a Baccalaureate diploma (A-Level equivalent). Do you have a bachelor’s degree? Great, go ahead and apply. It is not a disqualifying factor but definitely an added advantage.

  • At least 6 months’ experience working with databases or IT systems that handle a large volume of information and documents.

  • Basic IT knowledge, particularly the Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel).

  • While experience is not a strict barrier for this role, having worked in the natural gas distribution sector gives you a stronger edge in the selection process.
