MOPO specialises in sustainable energy solutions through pay-per-use battery rentals. The company provides batteries for homes, businesses, and electric vehicles (EVs), offering a lifeline to communities struggling with unstable or non-existent grid infrastructure. It currently operates in Nigeria, DRC, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Chad, and Uganda.

This move is set to revolutionise access to sustainable energy for millions of urban and rural households and businesses across Africa. With 43% of Africa’s total population lacking access to electricity, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa, the demand for alternative energy solutions has never been greater.
